Oversee field safety operations across BC, Alberta, and Yukon, delivering inspections, training, and incident response for Cutting Edge Consulting.

This Health and Safety Manager serves as the primary operational resource for construction safety matters across multiple projects. The position supports supervisors and managers with safe work planning, conducts orientations and toolbox talks, and ensures certifications and training records remain current. You will lead investigations, develop project safety documentation, and foster a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections and compliance audits
- Support supervisors with safe work planning

- Develop project-specific safety documentation
- Escalate significant risks and compliance concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive construction health and safety experience
- Experience managing safety programs in industrial environments
- Effective leadership and coaching skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Occupational Health and Safety diploma preferred
