As an Information Technology Administrator, you will support Microsoft network and desktop environments within Senior Flexonics Canada's industrial operation. The position covers hardware, software, networks, file server backups, telephones, security systems, and ERP users. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve end-user ERP and computer questions
- Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
- Monitor networks, telephones, security systems, and other technology
- Test file server backups on an ongoing basis




- Support the IT Manager with other assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

- Five years supporting Microsoft networks and desktop environments
- Experience using Microsoft Server 2022, Office 365, SQL Server, and Windows
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- IT degree or diploma is an asset
