This temporary full-time contract offers 37.5 hours weekly.As a Pharmacist in UHN's Outpatient Pharmacy, you will review prescriptions, resolve drug-related problems, and monitor therapy. The position reports to the Manager and may provide cross coverage at Toronto General Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital Shoppers Drug Mart.
