Serve residents at Aspira Cedarvale in Keswick as a casual Retirement Guest Attendant, strengthening daily well-being through responsive care and support.

Working with the Retirement team, you will understand residents' living experiences and build relationships with residents and family members. You will offer support that enriches daily health and well-being while contributing independently and collaboratively to the home's culture. The position calls for compassionate, detailed, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to resident call bells and door alarms
- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming needs
- Transport residents to recreation, dining, and health locations
- Provide ongoing cognitive, social, emotional,



and spiritual support
- Deliver oral and dental care and complete assignments

Requirements:

- Commitment to meaningful work supporting seniors
- Effective communication with residents and staff
- Protected Serve designation and one year dining service experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
