Serve guests and donors as a working supervisor with The Salvation Army in Brentwood Bay, BC. This permanent full time role combines store leadership, sales, and donation processing.

The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Manager with daily routines and acts as a Sales Associate across thrift store activities. Responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, stock rotation, donation quality, and store maintenance. When required, you may show staff procedures and act as Team Lead in the manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service to guests, donors, and clients
- Protect donated items and maintain quality standards
- Handle cash, debit sales, and occasional petty cash
- Rotate, replenish, remove, and organize merchandise
- Support safe operations and staff procedure training

Requirements:

- Willingness to support The Salvation Army’s mission
- Some high school completion
- Two years of store or warehouse experience
- Frequent ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Successful screening and background checks
