Become Morgan Construction’s PACE receiving super-user in Edmonton, improving system records, work instructions, and site support. The Monday-to-Friday office schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As Project Services Coordinator, you will centralize purchase order receiving for operational sites while preserving segregation of duties. You will create receipts from signed site documentation, resolve missing information, support month-end accruals, and report system issues. Occasional project-site travel may support personnel training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Introduce site personnel to receiving processes at start-up
- Follow up on incomplete receiving records and deadlines
- Train backup coverage and site personnel
- Maintain practical receiving work instructions




- Flag unusual purchasing patterns to management and Finance

Requirements:

- At least two years’ relevant receiving, purchasing, or operations administration
- Clear professional communication with site and office stakeholders
- Sound judgment investigating discrepancies and unsupported transactions
- Intermediate Excel skills with filters, lookups, and pivot tables
- Experience testing systems and providing structured feedback is an asset
