The Licensed Practical Nurse works with the Director of Care and inter-professional team to support resident needs. - Administer resident medications and treatments
- Document care under regulatory and Resident Care standards
- Facilitate resident move-in, move-out, and transfer processes
- Assist with resident care conference scheduling

Requirements:

- Practical Nurse Diploma
- Current provincial registration and good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Microsoft Office experience and computer proficiency
