This Physical Therapist role supports outpatient orthopedic care in Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding areas. Optional coverage is available in Los Angeles and Orange County. You will assess patients, establish goals, administer interventions, maintain records, and adapt care as schedules and daily patterns change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and therapy goals
- Deliver interventions improving mobility, strength, and function
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Delegate to Physical Therapy Assistants when applicable
- Adapt treatment to changing patient schedules

Requirements:

- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- CPR certification and relevant required certifications
- Preferred experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric therapy
- Computer proficiency for record keeping
