You will assess customer environments against NextGen standards and industry best practices, focusing on security, infrastructure, and operational risk. The position requires hands-on knowledge of Microsoft platforms, networking, backup technologies, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity fundamentals. You will also identify automation and standardization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess networks, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365
- Review backup systems and endpoint protection
- Track deficiencies and remediation progress
- Identify automation and standardization opportunities




- Support technology standards and best practices

Requirements:

- 3–5+ years of hands-on IT experience
- Knowledge of Windows endpoints, Active Directory, and Entra ID
- Networking experience with firewalls, wireless, VPNs, and VLANs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, or security technologies
- Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications are an asset
