Ottawa Community Housing is seeking an Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative activities for the CEO, Senior Manager and executive office. You will coordinate calendars, correspondence, projects, expenses, planning tools and stakeholder inquiries. The role requires sound judgment, professionalism and careful follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative activities, priorities and competing deadlines
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling conflicts, meetings and engagements
- Research information and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Support projects, initiatives, events, workflows and tracking tools
- Process invoices, expenses,



reconciliations and travel documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in administration, business, communications or related field
- Minimum four years of advanced administrative experience
- Experience supporting executives and preparing professional communications
- Strong organization, time management and proactive planning abilities
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and collaboration tools experience
