This Service Supervisor role connects corporate initiatives with daily shop execution and customer service. You will lead technicians, coordinate work orders, review invoices, and address financial considerations involving customer pay, warranties, claims, policies, and redos. You will also support fixed assets and capital expenditure preparation.
