Drive safe, productive warehouse performance as a Distribution Warehouse Manager overseeing training, equipment, and floor personnel. Work Sunday through Wednesday days at Dot Foods.

This hands-on manager leads daily receiving, warehousing, and shipping while developing employees against safety and productivity standards. The position supervises Warehouse Lead Staff and Warehouse Floor Personnel in temperatures from 0°F to 70°F. Extensive standing, walking, lifting, and warehouse equipment operation are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on leadership across the warehouse floor
- Train, monitor, and evaluate assigned personnel
- Coordinate product flow and labor for daily deadlines
- Promote workplace safety programs, rules, and policies
- Obtain equipment licenses and forklift certifications during training

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or general equivalent degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test
- Ability to travel independently as needed
