Drive supplier performance and material readiness for DRS Pivotal Power programs in Kanata, analyzing cost, schedule, and supply chain risks.

This Supply Chain Program Manager leads execution for assigned programs and aligns material strategies with business objectives. You will identify improvement opportunities, support forecasting, and coordinate responses to delivery and supplier performance concerns. The position also contributes to continuous improvement, corrective actions, and senior management escalation when budget or schedule problems arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess supplier performance and supply chain risks
- Identify material cost, schedule, and performance improvements
- Support forecasting, planning, and program reporting




- Escalate schedule and budget problems to senior management
- Improve supply chain processes and reporting

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent education and qualified experience
- Five or more years in supply chain management or procurement
- Experience with supplier negotiations and long lead materials preferred
- Knowledge of finance, contracting, logistics, and manufacturing
- APICS, CPSM, CPM, PMP, or similar certification preferred
