This permanent full-time prospect supports Enterprise Content Management within Equitable’s IT Data and Analytics department. The role requires business and technical analysis across insurance workflows, application infrastructure, databases, and automation platforms. You will work with business partners and technical teams while documenting requirements, modeling processes, and supporting testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply systems analysis to business-critical workflow projects
- Document functional requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Coordinate testing, test cases, and defect management

and domains

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in insurance or financial services
- Five to eight years of relevant analyst experience
- CCBA, CBAP, or progress toward designation
