Cohere is hiring an AI Analytics Data Infrastructure Leader to build trustworthy foundations for models, agents, and governed enterprise data.

This leadership role owns the full Data Foundation lifecycle, from source ingestion through analytics delivery. You will lead the team behind Cohere’s warehouse, semantic layer, and internal analytics agent. The workplace includes BigQuery, Airflow, Cloud Run, dbt, Looker, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the internal analytics agent and evaluation harness
- Build scalable ingestion and orchestration systems
- Design secure access for humans, accounts, and agents
- Run anomaly detection, alerting, and incident response
- Automate engineering work using disciplined evaluation

Requirements:

- 10+ years of data engineering or infrastructure experience
- Management experience leading data platform teams
- Hands-on cloud warehouse, orchestration, and infrastructure expertise
- Understanding of semantic layers, contracts, and testing
- Genuine excitement about AI and its data foundations
