This Assistant Site Superintendent position supports daily field operations for a respected General Contractor specializing in ICI construction. You will participate in site walks, safety implementation, quality inspections, site meetings, and authority inspections. The role requires coordinating multiple trades, escalating concerns, and helping deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support site operations across all construction phases
- Participate in site walks and quality inspections
- Enforce project-specific health and safety programs




- Coordinate trades and communicate site priorities
- Assist inspections by consultants and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

- 5+ years in construction supervision, coordination, or assistant superintendent work
- Knowledge of industrial methods, building systems, and operations
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively
- Working knowledge of OHSA and construction safety requirements
- Postsecondary construction-related education preferred
