EA SPORTS FC is seeking an experienced Producer to oversee operational programs connecting development and release teams. You will manage first-party processes, global age-rating submissions, legal and licensing clearances, milestone delivery, and post-launch patches. The role reports to the Core team Line Producer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute first-party submissions for major updates
- Coordinate global age-rating and legal clearance workflows
- Manage milestone and patch lifecycles across release partners
- Identify project risks and guide blockers through resolution
- Align senior partners around explicit production decisions

Requirements:

- Direct Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo submission experience
- Background with large-scale, AAA, or live-service games
- Experience managing several interdependent teams simultaneously
- Confidence engaging senior partners and leadership
- Familiarity with ESRB, PEGI, and compliance workflows
