As Supervisor, Occupational Health and Safety, you will oversee secure planning and execution across operational activities. You will work with contractors, project teams, supervisors, and workers. The position requires technical OSH/IH knowledge, regulatory awareness, and strong communication. Investigation tools include Taproot, Apparent Cause Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee safe execution of decommissioning and operational work
- Engage workers through field presence and observations
- Identify improvement opportunities using leading indicators




- Prepare recommendations and regulatory reporting
- Support safety investigations and analytical activities

Requirements:

- Relevant degree or professional education in safety or engineering
- More than six years of complex OSH/IH experience
- Three to five years of leadership experience
- Strong written, oral, and organizational communication skills
- Three to five years of verifiable history for clearance
