This Project Manager supports Account Services while partnering with Creative, Production, Media, Digital, and Strategy teams. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, maintain project tools and reporting, and help ensure work remains accurate, organized, timely, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and department leads
- Provide transparent briefs, timelines, requirements, and deliverables
- Maintain project management tools, schedules, records, and reports
- Track hours, budgets, resource allocations, dependencies, and milestones




- Identify process improvements across agency project delivery

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree
- Two to three years of project or traffic management experience
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of creative development and agency workflows
- Experience with project platforms and workflow tools is an asset
