The Attending Physician provides standard on-site hours, reasonable after-hours and on-call services, and coverage arrangements. You will support multidisciplinary planning, health records, and clinical team education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver standard in office and on-call medical services
- Arrange coverage when unavailable
- Support MLTC compliance reviews
- Maintain resident health records at each visit
- Provide guidance to neighbourhood teams

Requirements:

- Maintain Ontario physician College good standing
- Know relevant long-term care policies and procedures
- Understand applicable legislation and regulations
- Apply Health & Safety knowledge
- Participate in multidisciplinary resident care planning
