Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, this Human Resources Training Specialist supports data-informed people programs. The position produces workforce reports, partners with Field HR, assists talent acquisition systems, supports job fairs, and contributes to learning and culture projects across Sofina.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce reports covering turnover, demographics, and learning activities
- Provide employee data trends on training and engagement
- Support talent acquisition systems, processes, and vendors
- Partner with Field HR on engagement initiatives
- Attend university and college job fairs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Three to five years of related Training and Development experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software
- Office automation tools experience required
- Ability to travel within the GTA and nationally
