The Associate Optometrist leads execution of NECE and partners with Store Manager and Field Leadership Team. This position supports Associate Doctors and store associates through training, performance feedback, and clinical guidance. You will also contribute to staffing, inventory, claims, supplies, and office presentation while maintaining accepted standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audit charts
- Focus training on orientation, pre-testing, and clinical protocols
- Support safety, diversity, HIPPA, loss prevention,



and leadership training
- Partner on performance reviews, staffing forecasts, and scheduling
- Ensure claims, supplies, diagnostics, and inventory are handled timely

Requirements:

- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and time management capabilities
