Support Cenovus project stakeholders with supplier performance, sourcing, and commercial documentation in Calgary’s oil and gas sector. The assignment lasts twelve months.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting an SCM Contracts Advisor to work with SCM Sourcing, project management, construction management, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You will keep contract activities organized, documented, and aligned with established processes. The role calls for transparent communication, sound judgement, and multiple-priority management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate supplier performance and progress meetings with project stakeholders
- Document actions, risks, reporting, follow-up items, and performance measures
- Track contract values, commitments, forecasts, spend, and discrepancies
- Manage information requests, amendments, change orders, approvals,



and records
- Coordinate offboarding, completion requirements, supplier feedback, and close-out

Requirements:

- Eight or more years including post-award contract administration experience
- Experience supporting sourcing events, bid evaluations, and supplier meetings
- Ability to analyze information, identify risks, and determine escalation needs
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with contract, document management, e-signature, or e-sourcing systems

Use supplier monitoring, sourcing, and commercial coordination expertise to keep Cenovus project contracts controlled and documented.
