As Floor Manager, you will oversee finished timber quality, joinery accuracy, packaging, dispatch, and daily crew performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute quality checks across cut timbers and joinery
- Verify finished components against specifications and drawings
- Oversee loading, unloading, packaging, and dispatching
- Produce custom timber and finish samples when required
- Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment repairs

Requirements:

- Experienced, knowledgeable, leadership-driven shop manager
- Five or more years in production shop management
- Direct timber framing or custom woodworking experience preferred
