As President and Chief Executive Officer, you will align Excel’s housing portfolio, capital initiatives and operations with client needs. Reporting to the Board, you will lead strategic planning, financial stewardship and organizational effectiveness. The position also advances Calgary operations and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Relevant undergraduate degree required; master’s preferred
- Significant leadership experience across complex organizations
- Experience with infrastructure, housing, real-estate or capital assets
- Ability to lead growth, change and strategy execution
- Integrity, resilience and robust relationship-management judgement
