Bethany Residence is hiring a Part time Health Care Aide in Burlington to provide personal support, life skills, and housekeeping services. Help residents live independently.

This role with AbleLiving Services supports residents in a large congregate setting with shared bedrooms, meals, recreation, and life skills supports. Your work includes personal care, non-medical services, mental health support, laundry, light housekeeping, and appointment escorts. Duties follow resident direction, individual care plans, Client Service Contracts, and governing laws and regulations. You will need to plan work by priority, make sound decisions, communicate effectively in English, and support collaborative relationships with residents and their broader community network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enable residents to live as independently as possible




- Assist with personal care and appointments
- Provide life skills and mental health support
- Perform laundry and housekeeping services
- Complete duties according to care plans

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and personal support services experience
- Additional related care certification preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
