Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for Brentwood Shopping Centre in Burnaby, BC. This part time role (18.75 hrs/week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, triaging customers, and introducing clients to mobile banking while helping drive simple sales opportunities.

You will build relationships, resolve client needs, and promote digital self-service options in a friendly, efficient banking environment. Prior banking experience is a strong asset.
