Lead cost planning and estimating with BTY in Victoria, applying construction knowledge and analytical judgment across major development projects. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will prepare estimates throughout design, from conceptual development through pre-tender. The work covers residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. You will use measurement and estimating software, interpret drawings, and provide client-focused cost management advice. Key Responsibilities:

Quantify materials using BTY’s measurement software and CIQS rules Estimate material, labour, and equipment costs for construction projects Assess cost-to-complete and work-in-place during site inspections Review cost variances, change orders,



and lifecycle costs Coach junior team members and support client relationships Requirements:

Five to ten or more years of relevant experience At least two years mentoring team members Degree in estimating, quantity surveying, construction engineering, or related field PQS or MRICS qualification, completed or in progress Experience with CostX, PlanSwift, or relevant estimating software Apply your cost estimating, quality assurance, and client advisory skills as a senior consultant supporting BTY projects in Victoria.
