The Universal Group seeks a Traffic Control Person for its traffic control team. You will set up traffic control zones, adjust work zone equipment, and direct motorists clearly. The work includes emergency and hazard response, safety compliance, reporting, and maintaining a valid BC Traffic Control Person certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up traffic control zones and adjust work zone equipment
- Give clear, precise traffic control directions and signals
- Respond to emergencies, hazards, and worksite safety concerns




- Attend required health and safety toolbox meetings
- Complete documentation for due diligence and compliance

Requirements:

- Valid BC Traffic Control Person certification from a regulatory body
- Effective communication and public de-escalation skills
- Availability for at least three weekdays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Commitment to quality, safety, and responsiveness standards
