Position Overview

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced tradesperson who can think on their feet and deliver professional results. You’ll work on a variety of projects—repairs, renovations, and small builds—across well‑maintained commercial and residential properties. Every day is different, and your work will have visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, and millwork repairs and installations
- Maintain and repair doors, walls, ceilings, and other structural components
- Read and interpret drawings or work orders to plan and execute jobs accurately
- Identify site issues, recommend solutions, and complete work efficiently and safely
- Keep accurate records,



ensure high‑quality finishes, and maintain organized work areas
- Participate in an on‑call rotation for urgent service requests

Qualifications

- Journeyperson Carpenter certification (experienced Apprentices also considered)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or facility maintenance
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own basic carpentry tools (specialized tools provided)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
