Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-review submissions and determine appropriate next steps
- Guide authors on content, structure, and presentation
- Ensure submissions meet Ivey Publishing standards
- Train staff, authors, reviewers, and editors on guidelines
- Assist with case competitions as requested

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree successfully completed
- At least two years’ skilled experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work autonomously under pressure
- Knowledge of copyright law is desirable
