Keep Charton Hobbs Group’s commercial systems reliable through Dynamics 365 support, root-cause analysis, and trusted data across Canada. French and English required.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will support Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Pawa, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. You will prioritize escalations by business impact, distinguish technical causes, and guide fixes through validation. Your analysis will help sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams work with dependable platforms, integrations, reports, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize escalated issues and keep users informed through resolution
- Reconcile goals, plans, orders, invoices, and reporting data
- Escalate code defects with complete diagnoses to technical partners
- Monitor integrations, refreshes, pipelines,



and expiring credentials
- Maintain roles, access designs, runbooks, and knowledge documentation

Requirements:

- Three or more years in application support or systems analysis
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, ERP, Power BI, or planning platforms
- Ability to read JSON payloads and API errors
- Experience with testing, user acceptance, version management, and releases
- Structured ticket management and root-cause analysis practices
