Support McDonald’s Canada restaurants across Western Canada as a Field People Consultant focused on stakeholder guidance, training, and employee experience. Travel as needed.

This Consultant, Local Employee Experience role reports to the Regional HR Manager and partners with Western and National Human Resources teams. You will collaborate with Operations, Learning and Development, Communications, Operators, and other stakeholders. The position supports people initiatives while building shared accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as counsel to regional stakeholders on People systems
- Train stakeholders on policies, procedures, strategies, and practices
- Collaborate with Operations, Learning and Development, and Communications




- Lead and assist with people-program implementation
- Partner strategically with Owner/Operators and their teams

Requirements:

- Robust consultative communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to translate requirements into practical action
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation capabilities
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, tools, and programs
- Post-secondary Human Resources education considered an asset
