This casual, part-time position supports residents in a long-term care home on Ottawa’s Baseline Road. Reporting to the Nutrition Manager, you will help prepare and serve meals, provide tray service, and maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness. The work also includes catering, special occasions, and resident-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare service items including beverages, salads, and desserts
- Deliver tray service and explicit dining tables as required
- Wash dishware and cutlery after each seating
- Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness
- Respect resident rights and attend required training

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate
- Food Service Worker Training enrollment or completion
- Previous food service or senior experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift, transfer, stand, and walk
