You will help produce innovative forest products at a facility featuring North America’s longest continuous press. This entry-level role includes training and combines independent work, labour duties, troubleshooting, and team communication. A rotating twelve-hour schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently as part of a safety-focused production team
- Complete labour duties supporting productivity and risk reduction
- Troubleshoot production conditions in your work area
- Coordinate with team leads and maintenance when issues arise
- Follow the rotating twelve-hour shift schedule

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working safely
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Previous OSB mill experience is an asset
