YMCA Calgary is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its camp facilities. You will maintain secure, clean, and functional interior and exterior spaces while coordinating building systems, equipment, repairs, and inspections. The position combines hands-on work with staff support and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Monitor HVAC systems under manufacturer and environmental requirements
- Identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and maintenance priorities
- Provide direction, training, and support to facility staff




- Coordinate volunteer maintenance and facility improvement work groups

Requirements:

- Ability to work across mechanical spaces, shops, and outdoor camps
- Ability to walk trails, properties, and camp infrastructure
- Flexibility for changing weather, uneven terrain, and remote environments
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Commitment to safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
