This full-time Service Technician role combines in-house duties with mobile customer support. You will inspect, test, repair, and recertify safety-related equipment under manufacturer specifications and local standards. Responsibilities also include customer authorizations, service scheduling, portfolio growth, and detailed operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete customer equipment testing, repairs, and recertification
- Arrange customer authorization for service work orders
- Keep mobile unit stock at adequate levels
- Update customer contacts and required-service schedules
- Work with customers, Sales, and Management on portfolio growth

Requirements:

- Skilled and courteous customer service approach
- Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills for schedules and records
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Valid Class 5 license and periodic lifting capacity
