Coordinate transportation dispatch, route assignments, and driver coverage while maintaining safe, effective, reliable school bus service. Support operations from an office and bus yard.

This Route Supervisor works closely with dispatch, drivers, maintenance teams, administrative personnel, and the Location Manager. You will monitor service, resolve disruptions, support workforce planning, and maintain communication with customers and transportation authorities. The role also contributes to reporting, scheduling, and operational cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily route assignments, schedules, and driver coverage
- Monitor service delivery and address operational challenges promptly
- Coordinate vehicle availability, parking, fuel cards, and maintenance




- Maintain stakeholder communication and resolve transportation-related concerns
- Support budget preparation, reporting, and operational initiatives

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree preferred
- One to three years of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Organizational, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
