Work with Northern Health’s Interprofessional Team as a Primary Care Assistant supporting providers and quality primary care services.

This experienced position contributes as a member of the interprofessional team under a Manager or designate. You will support Primary Care providers and the Interprofessional Team across clinic or other community settings. The work combines operational and administrative support, guided by Northern Health policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Function as a member of the interprofessional team
- Support Primary Care providers with service delivery
- Assist the Interprofessional Team in daily operations
- Provide operational and administrative clinic support
- Support quality primary care services throughout Northern Health

Requirements:

- Experience working as a Primary Care Assistant
- Highly productive execution of operational responsibilities
- Self-directed work style under general supervision
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Capacity to work across clinic and community settings
