Sienna Senior Living seeks an RPN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care supporting residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being. You will promote self-care, adaptation, abilities, wellness, and preventative education while treating the whole person. Accurate documentation and timely follow-up remain central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote resident self-care, self-sufficiency, and wellness
- Provide preventative health education focused on whole-person care
- Complete RAPS and individualized care plans within required timeframes
- Follow up on concerns and complaints from clients and families




- Seek assistance from the Registered Nurse or designate when needed

Requirements:

- Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum one year of geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
- Robust documentation and communication skills
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and Medication Administration Certificates
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and successful Vulnerable Sector Check
