This Cleaner and Painter position supports property upkeep through sanitation, painting, inspections, and basic in-suite repairs. Duties include replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, unclogging drains, and supporting exterior maintenance. Robust communication and time management are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform residential or commercial painting and finishing work
- Complete drywall repair, mudding, taping, and finishing
- Assist with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect common areas and report issues to the Property Manager
- Support snow removal, debris pickup, and vandalism cleanup

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic light maintenance knowledge considered an asset

- Ability to manage time effectively while working independently
