The Estimator reports to the Estimating Manager and helps manage civil construction projects from tender preparation through post-project review. The family-run business has served Toronto and surrounding areas for over seven decades. Work includes road construction, aggregate materials, and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate estimates with subcontractors and material suppliers
- Track opportunities within the local construction market
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants, and management firms




- Manage awarded-contract administration and job costing
- Analyze production and cost variances after project completion

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of construction estimating experience
- Road construction, paving, or civil infrastructure background preferred
- Knowledge of ICI, municipal, or subdivision sectors
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tenders
