MVP Program Operations Manager (AI & Automation)Location: RemoteResponsibilitiesExecute automation workflows for the MVP Program using AI tools, Agents, and CLIs.Author and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows (e.G., copilots, prompt libraries, automation pipelines).Triage and resolve support cases from MVP Program members, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.Partner with program stakeholders to define requirements for automation and operational improvements.Contribute to the design and iteration of AI-assisted support experiences (e.G., prompt engineering, response templates, knowledge grounding).Track and report on recurring issues, gaps, and operational risks.Desired QualificationsExperience developing solutions with contemporary frameworks, tools, cloud services, APIs, and data services.Experience working with issue or ticket management systems (e.G., GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps,



Jira).Experience using Git-based workflows and tools such as GitHub and VS Code.Comfort working with command-line tools and scripts to automate tasks.Experience using AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) in a productivity or workflow context.Salary and CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000 CAD annually.
