A little about the role:Reporting to the Manager of Hospitality and Conference Services, this position operates in a fast-paced food service environment, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of full course meals including appetizers, main courses, vegetables and desserts in commercial quantities for public consumption. Other duties include cleaning and maintaining equipment. The Cook fosters a positive team setting, while maintaining the highest possible standards in food quality and safety.
