Develop agency partnerships for Reddit across Canada, using strategic planning and stakeholder communication to support Holding Companies and independent agencies. As an Agency Development Partnerships Manager, you will work with Agency Leads, major Holding Companies, and their clients. You will manage strategic relationships, coordinate projects, and bring internal and external stakeholders together. The role reports to the Agency Partner Manager Lead while supporting the Canada market. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between Holding Companies, leads, and Reddit Support annual and quarterly strategic planning using data Develop educational approaches, work plans,



and programs Track progress against annual endeavor goals and recommend optimization Coordinate sales, product, marketing, measurement, and insights teams Requirements:

Four or more years in partnership sales or agency planning Familiarity with Holding Companies and agency landscapes Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities Solid external relationship-building and interpersonal skills Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and adaptable approach to challenges Bring agency partnership, strategic planning, and communication expertise to Reddit's Canada-focused Agency Development Team.
