As a Maintenance Technician, you handle daily routine activities that keep properties and grounds in exceptional condition. Responsibilities include repair installations, roof and leak inspections, preventative equipment maintenance, and tenant-requested services. The position requires relevant experience, sound judgment, and organized follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to tenant requests for premises and common-area maintenance
- Perform touch-up painting, asphalt patching, and minor carpentry
- Keep maintenance repair logs for building systems
