This Contract Recruiter role supports more than 2,800 seasonal hires across Pursuit’s iconic Canadian, Montana, and Alaska locations. You will manage recruitment activity across changing business needs, maintain accurate records, and keep candidates informed. The hybrid schedule requires three office days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post and manage requisitions, offers, and candidate activity
- Keep candidates informed through recruitment and pre-employment
- Monitor progress and flag risks before milestones are affected
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and People teams
- Explain duties, wages, housing, schedules, and location expectations

Requirements:

- One to three years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
- Workday experience preferred alongside ATS and HRIS knowledge
- Hospitality, tourism, or service experience preferred
- Clear qualified verbal and written communication
- Sound judgment and timely decision-making abilities
