Support weekend campus safety through dispatch calls, CCTV monitoring, and security software at St. Clair College in Windsor. This is a part time schedule.

As a Part-Time Dispatch Security Guard with Paladin Security, you will coordinate responses for guards working at the college. Your work includes monitoring access controls, answering multi-line security calls, recording incidents, and connecting emergency services with campus staff. Previous dispatch, call center, or security operations centre experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate guard responses to incoming security dispatch calls
- Monitor CCTV feeds and campus access control systems
- Maintain clear logs of activities and dispatch details
- Prepare accurate incident reports for security operations
- Provide customer-focused assistance to campus visitors

Requirements:

- Valid Class G Driver's License required
- Legal authorization to work in Canada required
- Strong multi-tasking skills preferred
- Comfort using multi-line phone systems preferred
- Security software familiarity preferred
