This experienced HR Client Services professional serves as advisor, strategist, consultant, analyst, change agent, and coach. You will identify human capital challenges, develop solutions, and support deployment of Stantec’s HR Strategic Plan. The position emphasizes employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify strategic workforce and organizational development priorities
- Present perspectives and advise leaders on people decisions
- Apply HR practices supporting engagement, retention, and talent
- Support change, conflict, investigations,



performance, and policy interpretation
- Promote positive employee experiences and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Six or more years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Comprehensive understanding of core HR competencies and practices
- Ability to manage priorities in changing, ambiguous situations
- Solid MS Office Suite skills preferred; CPHR preferred
