As Head of Advisor Technology, you provide strategic direction for software and tools supporting business units. You act as a subject matter expert and thought leader while managing divisional product implementation. The position shapes IT demand with leaders to deliver business impact. Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical support staff through software delivery and monitoring Own software releases, testing, evaluation, and vendor selection Develop staffing plans, department goals, and operational strategies Improve policies, procedures, service quality, and technology delivery Manage budgets,

Minimum ten years of related work experience At least five years of project management experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent training and experience Graduate degree preferred Experience leading teams and managing global workforce operations Shape advisor technology strategy through software leadership, vendor decisions, project management, and stakeholder collaboration across the Americas.
